Frederick S. Peiffer, 65, of Elkhart, passed away on Monday, February 22, 2021 at his residence. He was born in Mishawaka on February 18, 2021 to his late father, Kenyon Peiffer and late stepmother, Lucille Peiffer.

Frederick is survived by his wife, Roseanne "Rose" Peiffer; son, Kenyon Peiffer; and granddaughter, Kaira Peiffer. He is preceded in death by his father and stepmother.

In accordance with Frederick's wishes, cremation was chosen and will take place at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St. and Altera Cremation Services in Elkhart.

Frederick worked as an industrial painter for several years at R & D Painting. Although he sported a tough exterior, he could have a wicked sense of humor. In his spare time, he enjoyed talking on CB radios going by the name of "Fried Fred." Frederick will be greatly missed.
