Obituary
ELKHART — Frederick Louis Miller, 88, of Elkhart, passed away Thursday, Sept. 22, at Eastlake Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
He was born to the late Louis H. and Leona (Hoover) Miller on May 13, 1928.
In addition to his parents, Frederick was preceded in death by three sisters, Retha Cline, Wava Meinke, Doris Stout and a brother, Clarence E. Miller.
He is survived by his wife, Betty, as well as two daughters, Janet S. (Mike) Casey of Goshen and Jill A. (Jim) Williams, of Elkhart. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Andrea (Dewayne) Williams, Ryan (Amy) Casey and Brett (Beth) Casey; as well as five great-grandchildren, Bradyn, Carlie, Jocelyn, Emma and Kellen.
Frederick retired from Jayco as assistant fabric manager and later in R & D.
He was a member of the Northwest Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct.15, at the Northwest Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1410 Waurika St., Elkhart.
In keeping with Frederick's wishes, cremation will take place, under the care and direction of Billings Funeral Home.
