Frank was born March 24, 1919, in Elkhart to Elmer O. and Ethel (Lyon) Fisher. He is survived by his former wife, Florence "Jerri" Hammon of Elkhart; his daughter, Suzanne (Daniel) George, also of Elkhart; one grandson, Damon Frank (Nanette) Warfel; one great-granddaughter, Jeannine (William) Whalen; and two nephews, P. Patrick (Elaine) McKee and Richard (Jean) Bergerson.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Leona Bergerson, Mildred Defreese and Elna McKee.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, where funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Thursday. Pastor Herb Minnich of Bristol United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Rice Cemetery.
Frank was the owner of F & F Screw Machine Products for 30 years. He was a 1939 graduate of Elkhart High School and a member of the American Legion and Mishawaka Pilots Club.
