She was born Dec. 13, 1923, in Greenville, Mich., to Charles A. and Louise (Murphy) Normandy. She married Robert A. Neitzke in October 1945. He died May 25, 1987.
Mrs. Neitzke is survived by two sons, Robert C. (Mary) Neitzke of Cathlamet, Wash., and Brian C. Neitzke of Sarasota, Fla.; three daughters, Laura J. Miller and Linda C. Martin, both of Elkhart, and Luanne Dahringer of Indianapolis; three grandsons; and one great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by one great-grandson.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart. The funeral service will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. A graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Langston Cemetery, Langston, Mich.
Mrs. Neitzke retired from GTE after 16 years of service as a customer service and business credit representative. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Elkhart Civic Theatre, Women's Credit Association, DAR, City of Elkhart Board of Zoning Appeals, Democratic Women's Club, C.L.E.A.N. and Rosary Society of St. Charles Catholic Church, Greenville, Mich.
