Frances Elaine Baldwin, 69, of Elkhart, went home to be with her Savior at 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 after a battle with cancer.

She is survived by her husband, Charles; son, Joshua (Angela); two daughters, Sarah Davis (Ryan) and Rachel Santiago (Edgar); and brother, Richard Hooven. She was preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Margaret (Edwards) Hooven, and her brother, Ronald Hooven.

Elaine was a retiree from KeyBank, an avid photographer and a passionate grandmother to Simon, Ariel, Marnie, Jack, Asael, Neviah, Neharah, Savannah and Boone. Viewing will be at Living Faith Fellowship, 2601 Benham Ave., Elkhart on Friday, February 21, 2020 from 4-6 p.m. Services will follow at 6:00 p.m. with a burial to take place on Monday, February 24, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Little Pine Cemetery. Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St. in Elkhart is in care of arrangements.
