Florence A. "Flo" Helbling, 76, of Elkhart, passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 26, 1942 in Elkhart, IN to the late Curtis J. and Leona B. (Daly) Weaver.

She married Calvin E. Helbling on July 31, 1971 in Elkhart, who survives her at home. They spent 47 wonderful years together. She is survived by her two daughters, Holly (David) Leeper and Leanne (Ronald) Pegan; son, Frank Miller; ten grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; and sister, Mary Ann (Dan) Eisenbeiss. She is preceded by her brother, George R. Weaver; son, Charles Miller, and three grandchildren, Christopher Miller, Calvin Miller, and Ronald Pegan II.

Visitation will be from 5 – 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 12, 2019 at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St. Elkhart with services to follow the next day, Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. with one hour of visitation prior. Pastor Ed Ritchie of Elkhart County Community Baptist Church will be officiating. Burial will follow services to Grace Lawn Cemetery in Middlebury, IN. All memorials or donations may be given to the family directly.

Flo had worked as a cashier for Martin Supermarket for several years and was a very active member in 4-H for over 40 years. She was a member of the Heartland Quilters Club and Extension Homemakers. Flo will be missed by her loving family.
