She was born July 24, 1988, in Elkhart to Kelly L. and Mary Elizabeth (Lloyd) Reason.

Ms. Reason is survived by one daughter, Leah Marie Howey of Mishawaka; her mother and stepfather, Beth and Ronald Laughman of Elkhart; five brothers, Joshua Reason, Ronnie Laughman, Justin Streeter and Jacob Makowski, all of Elkhart, and Cory Streeter of Kokomo; one sister, Nikki Duric of Elkhart; and grandparents Robert and Mary Lloyd and Dave and Vickie Lutes, all of Elkhart.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Friends may call two hours prior to Wednesday's 7 p.m. celebration of life service at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St. The Rev. David Cross of Hillcrest United Methodist Church will officiate. Cremation has taken place.

Ms. Reason attended Elkhart Memorial High School and the LIFE Program in Elkhart. She was active in the YWCA gymnastics program. She always had a smile and had a soft spot for animals. Ms. Reason enjoyed family cookouts and swimming.
