Although Eunice worked in the banking business for many years, she will be best remembered serving coffee and a smile at several area restaurants including the Sunrise Café. She made many friends serving as manager for the local Redi-Mart chain as well. She enjoyed arts and crafts, needlepoint, spending time with her grandchildren and watching QVC and the Home Shopping Network.
