She was born on March 23, 1929, in Big Stone Gap, Va., to Samuel and Eula (Pritchard) Barnett. She married Allen N. Bunton on April 10, 1947. He died on April 25, 2004.

Surviving are a daughter, Barbara Bunton, Middlebury; a son, Wayne (Teresa) Bunton, Elkhart; and a granddaughter. A sister is deceased.

Friends may call for two hours prior to the 7 p.m. service Monday at Billings Funeral Home. The Rev. John Secor of Northside Church of the Nazarene will officate. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Olive Cemetery.

Mrs. Bunton was a homemaker.
