ELKHART — Edward E. Switalski, 63, of Elkhart, passed away Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012, at Elkhart General Hospital.
He was born Nov. 29, 1948, in Portsmouth, Ohio.
Surviving are several cousins and special friends, Marge and Jim Hanson of Edwardsburg, Mich.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James S. and Jane E. (Murphy) Switalski, and a sister, Terri Switalski.
Ed spent several years working in the Elkhart area for various automobile radiator repair shops.
He often enjoyed building model cars, putting together jigsaw puzzles and watching movies.
Cremation has taken place at Altera Cremation Services. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, at Adamsville Cemetery in Edwardsburg, Mich.
Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, is in charge of arrangements.
