Edie worked several places throughout her life, but stayed at Whitehall Laboratories in Elkhart for well over 22 years.
Edie loved everyone. Many in her family said that she defined love, and was a pure soul. Graceful, dignified, giving, non-judgmental, accepting, tolerant, peaceful and ever progressive, Edie saw the good that existed in everyone and celebrated that quality. It was important to her that all folks were treated justly and fairly.
And Edie lived those values beginning in her own home, She was a fabulous cook, and threw together a wonderful roast or chicken and noodles. But the most important thing to Edie was whether or not everyone walked away full, happy and satisfied. She was a true blessing to have around.
Edie was a member of Heaven's Serenity Outreach Ministries, and enjoyed attending as many church functions as she could so she could catch up on all of the church business and plans.
Please visit our funeral home's website and Edie's obituary page to leave condolences and memories. Memorial donations may go to the Grandchildren c/o her daughter, Bridgette Neal.
