Obituary
HANNA — Dorothy G. Trainor, 90, of Hanna, formerly of Elkhart, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 7, at her residence.
She was born March 29, 1926, in Michigan City, to Russell and Alta (Wood) Groth.
Survivors include her daughter, Linda S. (Darin) Hunsley of Hanna; one son, James Cuthbert of Moose Lake, Minn.; one grandson, Brandon (Lindsey) Hunsley of Schererville; and special niece, Barbara (Robert) Hiatt of Ofallon, Mo.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John P. Trainor Jr. on Feb. 28, 2006 and one brother, Robert Groth.
The family will receive friends two hours prior to the 1 p.m. funeral service Tuesday, Sept. 13, at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart. Pastor Darren Williams of Hanna United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will follow in Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen.
Memorial contributions may be made to Dunes Hospice in memory of Dorothy.
