Doris M. Bunch, 90, of Elkhart, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at East Lake Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Doris was born on September 10 , 1934 in South Bend, IN to the late, Edgar and Delores Vivian (Dilley) Smith. She was married to her husband, Fred E. Bunch on March 30, 1957. He passed away on April 4, 1971. She is also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters.

Doris is survived by her stepson, Tommy Miller; nieces and nephews, Sandy, Mark, Rev. Robert "Bob" (Kathy), Jennifer, Christine (Bill), William, Michael and Destiny.

Doris was employed at Imperial Fabrics and Ascot Industries. She appreciated the nature especially butterflies. Doris enjoyed puzzles in her spare time.

Doris was a "firecracker" and she always spoke what was on her mind.

A Graveside Service for Doris will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, December 23, 2024 at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens and Cemetery, 10776 McKinley Rd. in Osceola, IN.
