ELKHART -- Donna B. Jacobs, 75, of Elkhart, passed away at her home after an extended illness at 2 a.m. Monday, Aug. 8, 2011.
She was born July 6, 1936, in Kosciusko County to the late Wayne and Pauline (Brown) Wilkinson.
Surviving are five sons, David R. (Debra) Kelley of Rolling Prairie and Kevin L. (Stacy) Kelley, Sonny A. (Shirley) Kelley, Norman D. (Carol) Kelley and John D. (Lynn Snyder) Eagen, all of Elkhart; a brother, Stanley K. (Hilda) Wilkinson of Colorado Springs, Colo.; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Albert Kelley; a daughter, Robin Kelley; and a sister, Beth Ward.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11, 2011, at Billings Funeral Home in Elkhart. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday with the burial to follow at Little Pine Cemetery in Goshen. Pastor Jewell Hager of First General Baptist Church in Osceola will officiate.
Donna worked as an assembly and manufacturing laborer in the Michiana area for more than 40 years.
Memorial donations may be given to the Hospice House of Elkhart.
