Obituary
ELKHART -- Donald Edward Kingsley, 58, of Elkhart, died Monday evening (Jan. 17, 2011) at his home.
Don was born May 25, 1952, in North Bend, Ore., to Harry R. and Margaret Jean (McPhee) Kingsley.
He is survived by his companion of several years, Joan Shirley; and her children, Tammy Richardson, Ruthie VanVorst, Jimmy Shirley and Tonya Wilson.
Don was a cab driver for Ace Cab Company for several years. He loved motorcycles and was a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association and the Mountain Top Community Church, Elkhart. He and Joan liked to go to church, garage sales and watch movies together.
There will be no visitation, per his wishes. Cremation has taken place. A remembrance service will take place during the regular church service at 10 a.m. Sunday at Mountain Top Community Church, 216 N. Second St., Elkhart. Pastor Frank King will officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of Billings Funeral Home, Elkhart.
