ELKHART — Diana L. Sparr, 47, of Elkhart, passed away Monday, Sept. 9, 2013, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 8, 1966, in Elkhart to Harold E. and Christena (Burnett) Holderread.
Survivors include her mother, Christena (John B.) Stackowski of LaPorte; daughter Kelly McDonald of Elkhart; two sons, Anthony McDonald and Adam (Helen) McDonald, both of Elkhart; three grandchildren; longtime friends Shelly Ray and Melissa Hill, both of Elkhart; and several aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents, Elwood and Vivian Burnett and Halley and Sylvia Holderread.
Diana was employed as a waitress for several years at various local restaurants. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, camping, attending bonfires with friends and spending time with her grandchildren.
Cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will be at a later date.
Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, is in charge of arrangements.
