Obituary
ELKHART — Dennis W. "Denny" Robinson, 65, of Elkhart, passed away peacefully from natural causes at home Sunday, Sept. 6.
He was born in Kokomo on March 19, 1950, to the late Darvin Robinson and Donna (Peterson) Robinson Flora of Elkhart.
Surviving are his mother; and his children, Angela "Angi" (Aaron) Holdread and Casey (Trina) Schult, both of Elkhart, Dale (Tracey) Robinson of Port Orange, Fla., and Sandra Smith of Groveland, Fla.
Besides his father, preceding him in death were sisters Diane Holdread and Doris Robinson.
In accordance to the family's wishes, cremation is to take place and a private memorial service will be at a later date. Billings Funeral Home of Elkhart has been handling the arrangements.
Denny was a brakeman for Conrail for more than 20 years. He was also an avid biker and Harley-Davidson enthusiast and was the owner of Rob-N-Rags Custom MC bike shop. In his spare time, Denny loved barbecues, camping, celebrating the Fourth of July and spending time with his family and friends, not to mention cruising on his Harley.
Memorial donations may be given to Faith Mission of Elkhart.
