Obituary
ELKHART — Debra Sue "Debbie" (Ellis) Spratt, 57, of Elkhart, passed away Saturday afternoon, Nov. 1, at Elkhart General Hospital.
She was born Aug. 8, 1957, in Greenville, Mich., to the late Wilbur and Lottie (Balawender) Ellis.
Surviving are her siblings, Teresa Duncan of Michigan and Nancy Clark, John (Debbie) Ellis, Gary Ellis and Karen (Frankie) Phillips, all of Elkhart. Several nieces and nephews and her longtime companion, Mike Arnett, survive Debra as well.
Prior to her disability, she was employed in the RV industry in this area for many years. She loved to collect anything Native American Indian related and enjoyed watching her favorite soap operas on TV.
Her wishes were to be cremated. The family has entrusted Billings Funeral Home to assist with those arrangements.
