ELKHART -- David Dean Untiedt-Wooten, 43, of Elkhart, passed away at 11:40 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22, 2010, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

He was born Oct. 21, 1967, in Iowa City, Iowa.

Surviving are his son, David Dean Untiedt II, two stepdaughters, Katrina Lundy and Felicia Lundy, and stepson Paul Lundy, all of Elkhart; and five grandchildren, Koby, Clayton, Titan, Cohen and Jayden.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Jean (Untiedt) Wooten.

David was an avid Harley-Davidson enthusiast. He was very loved by all and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A gathering of family and friends will be one hour prior to the 11 a.m. funeral service Thursday, Oct. 28, 2010, at New Hope United Methodist Church, 28765 C.R. 4, Elkhart. The Rev. Patrick Blevins will officiate. Burial will follow in Frame Cemetery, Elkhart.

Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
