ELKHART — Dale E. Fuller, 79, of Elkhart, passed away Tuesday, April 19, at the Center for Hospice Care in Elkhart following an extended illness.
He was born in Mishawaka on Feb. 13, 1937, to the late Everett and Margaret (Huey) Fuller.
He married Linda Livings in 2002 in Elkhart. She preceded him in death in 2014.
Surviving are his son, Dale E. "Butch" Fuller II of Elkhart, and brothers Ted (Loretta) Fuller of Elkhart and Carl (Shirley) Fuller of Tucson, Ariz.
Preceding him in death were siblings Ross Fuller and Colleen Smith.
In accordance with the family's wishes, cremation is to take place and arrangements for a memorial service at a later date are being entrusted to Billings Funeral Home of Elkhart.
Dale was a 30-year over-the-road trucker, past member of the VFW, and enjoyed bowling and spending time with his family when he could. He was an honorably discharged U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force Vietnam veteran.
