Obituary
GOSHEN — Colleen A. Batley, 87, of Goshen and formerly of Vestal, N.Y., passed away of natural causes at the Greencroft Healthcare Facility in Goshen Wednesday, Sept. 14.
She was born March 22, 1929, to the late George and Dorothy (Davis) Yoggy.
Surviving are children Robyn (John) Hill and Dustin (Diane) Batley; one brother; three sisters; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
In accordance with her wishes, Colleen is to be cremated and then buried at Vestal Hills Memorial Park in Vestal, N.Y. at a later date.
Colleen was a patient services supervisor for the Muscular Dystrophy Association for many years, as well as volunteering for other civic groups including the United Way and Church and Family Services. She also worked for a time at Macy's Department Store.
Memorial donations can be given to the IU Health Goshen Foundation for Hospice Care.
Billings Funeral Home of Elkhart is assisting the family with arrangements.
