ELKHART — Christopher J. "Chris" Hadley, 56, of Elkhart, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2012, at the Elkhart Hospice House.
He was born March 18, 1956, in Buffalo, N.Y., to Raymond J. and Elizabeth A. (Schmatz) Hadley.
Survivors include his mother, Elizabeth A. Hadley of Elkhart; three brothers, Brian and Kevin Hadley, both of Elkhart, and Gilbert Hadley of Jones, Mich.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Chris was employed as an auto-body repairman for several years and also worked as a trainer of exotic animals. He was an avid golfer and also enjoyed hunting, playing paint ball and watching the Chicago Cubs, Notre Dame football, West Virginia University football and the Buffalo Bills.
Cremation has taken place at Altera Cremation Services. Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin Street, Elkhart, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
