Obituary
ELKHART — Christopher Anthony Delgado-Mejia, 1-year-4-month-old baby boy, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at his residence after an extended illness.
He was born Nov. 1, 2011, in South Bend.
Survivors include his parents, Juan and Maria Delgado; sister Jessica Delgado-Mejia; brother Alexander Delgado-Mejia; and grandparents Luciano and Virginia Sonora and Arnulfo and Gloria Delgado, all of Elkhart.
Affectionately know as "Chunky Monkey," Christopher's life here on Earth may have been short but he was loved by many and will never be forgotten.
The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the 1 p.m. Monday, March 11, 2013, funeral service at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart. Pastor Ruben Santos will officiate. Interment will follow in Prairie Street Cemetery in Elkhart.
