Obituary
ELKHART- Christine A. Simmons, 56, of Elkhart, passed away Sunday, October 19, 2014 at Elkhart General Hospital.
She was born April 1, 1958 in Williamstown, Mass to Harry L. and Sylvia C. (Flanders) Orell.
On November 3, 2003 she married James S. "Jim" Simmons. He survives at home.
Other survivors include 1 sister, Linda Sullivan of East Bridgewater, Mass; 2 brothers, Harry (Judith) Orell of Beaverdam, VA and Bobby (Kathy) Orell of Pownal, VT; nieces and nephews.
Christine enjoyed working as a loving homemaker for several years.
She was a member of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church in Elkhart.
Cremation will take place at Altera Cremation Services.
Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin Street, Elkhart, is entrusted with arrangements.
