ELKHART — Christine T. Miller, 75, of Elkhart, passed away Thursday, May 8, in her residence.
She was born March 5, 1939, in Anderson, to Robert F. and Jean Thomas.

Survivors include one son, Phil (Jeannie) Hiatt of Elkhart; one daughter, Sandra (Rod) Silvernale of Phoenix, Ariz.; one step-son, Jeffery Miller of Tipton; one stepsister, LeeAnn Cooper of Muncie; one brother, Steve Thomas of Sun City, Ariz.; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, James C. Miller.
Christine was employed with Madison County Soil Conservation Services for 33 years prior to her retirement.
Cremation will take place at Altera Cremation Services. Burial of her cremated remains will take place at Arcadia Church of the Brethren at a later date.
Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, is in charge of arrangements.
