Obituary
ELKHART — Cheryl Ann Anderson, 61, of Elkhart, passed away at the Center for Hospice Care in Elkhart at 6 a.m. Friday, Sept. 16.
She was born Sept. 5, 1955, in South Bend, to Robert Anderson of Prescott, Ariz. and the late Wanda Mae (Caver) Anderson.
She was also preceded in death by her sister, Mary.
Surviving are her sisters, Jackie Lutes of Kingsford Heights and Linda Anderson of Elkhart and a brother, Dennis Anderson of Prescott.
In accordance with her wishes, Cheryl's remains have been cremated and a memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1108 S. Main St., Elkhart at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 30. The Rev. Zachary Berry will officiate and burial will follow in Little Pine Cemetery in Goshen.
Cheryl worked several years at area Kmart and Dollar General stores.
