Carolyn V. Adkins, 79, of Elkhart, passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Elkhart General Hospital.

Carolyn was born on March 23, 1942 in Elkhart, Indiana.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Cindy S. Vaugh on February 4, 2014.

Carolyn worked in the local area in the manufacturing industry for many years. She was a resident of Golden Living Center in Elkhart for many years.  Caroline was "one of a kind," had great sense of humor and an independent spirit.

A Funeral Service for Carolyn will be held at 4:00 pm on Thursday, October 28 ,2021 at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart with Pastor Jeremy Sarber officiating. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the start of service from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Burial will be at Little Pine Cemetery in Goshen at a later date.
