WINCHESTER — U. S. Army veteran Carlton B. Kent Sr., 84, of Winchester, and formerly of Elkhart, passed away peacefully of natural causes at Reid Health Hospital in Richmond at 3:16 a.m. Wednesday, June 23, 2017.
