Bruno Lira San Agustin, 29, of Elkhart, died tragically, from gunshot injuries Sunday evening, May 14, 2023, at Memorial Hospital of South Bend. Bruno was born on August 16, 1993, in Mexico City, Mexico to Pedro Lira and Julia San Agustin. Survivors include his children, a son, Armony Jesus Lira Zepeda, daughter Mariah Lira; parents Pedro Lira and Julia San Agustin; sister Annabel Lira San Agustin; two brothers Jorge Arturo San Agustin and Manuel San Agustin; also surviving are nieces, nephews and other relatives and many friends.

Bruno attended Elkhart Central High School. He was currently working for a construction company in the area.  He enjoyed spending time with his friends, and any family events which were very important to him.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 6:00 p.m. Monday, May 22, 2023 at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church. Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. and continue until service time. Rev Eloy Jimenez will officiate. Cremation will follow the mass.
