ELKHART — Bruce A. Marks, 56, of Elkhart, passed away Monday, Feb. 13, 2012, at Elkhart General Hospital.
He was born Aug. 13, 1955, in Elkhart to the late Bryce A. and Victoria (Krawiec) Marks. He married Darla K. Lenhart on March 15, 1983, in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
She survives as well as a son, Bryce A. Marks, and daughter Mikenzie M. Marks and his granddaughter, Vivian Charity Marks, all of Elkhart.
Bruce was a 1973 graduate of Elkhart Central High School and was a machinist for 35 years, working at Al-Ko Kober in Elkhart and formerly worked for Bristol Tool & Die, Kauffman Products, Valley Machine Products and Bertrand Products. Bruce was a loving husband and father. He enjoyed jazz and Big Band music was an avid motorcyclist.
Please gather with his family and friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart. No services are scheduled. In keeping with Bruce's wishes, cremation has taken place at Altera Cremation Services.
