Brenda Sue Thrasher, 63, of Edwardsburg, MI passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at her home.

Brenda was born on August 15, 1960 in South Bend, IN to Willie Thrasher and Alice (Warren) Thrasher.

She is preceded in death by her father, Willie Thrasher.

Brenda is survived by her children, Becky Crew of Ocala, FL and Burnie Crew of Edwardsburg, MI; 7 grandchildren, Braden, Daniel, Brailynn, Dallas, Jakob, AJ and Rayanna; 3 great grandchildren, Jakob Jr., Jaxon and Kaiden; brother, William (Christy) Thrasher; and sister, Anita (Jim) Thrasher-Gibson.

Brenda lived a simple life. She had an appreciation of classic cars, especially her Montecarlo. Brenda was an avid fan of the Chicago Bears, New York Yankees and Dale Earnhardt. She enjoyed going to the races, especially, The New Paris Speedway. In her spare time, she loved to dance whenever the mood struck.

Most importantly, family was everything. She was the best mom and grandmother. Brenda always provided for her family and could be counted on to help anyone in need.

People close to her will remember her as being friendly and outgoing .

Brenda will be greatly missed.

There will be a family barbeque in Brenda's honor at a later date.
