Brandyn Jason Orich, 19, of Elkhart, passed away, suddenly on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at his home.
Brandyn was born on March 4, 2001 in Mishawaka, IN to Ronald Orich and Monzella Smith. He is preceded in death by his grandparents.
Brandyn is survived by his parents, Ron and Monzella; brothers and sisters, Brian Jackson, Cameryn Orich, Amber Smith, Shyna Smith and Autymn Orich, all of Elkhart; Uncle Ernie (Anna) Smith; Aunts, Veretta Worthy, Betty Belton and Sherri Smith; and many cousins.
Brandyn graduated from Elkhart Memorial High School in the class of 2019. He was a member of the Crossroads Community Church as well as a part of the Youth Group. Brandyn enjoyed singing, playing video games and cooking for his family. He also was a rock, gem, and bead collector. Most of all, Brandyn will be remembered as a "joker" whom loved to make people laugh.
A Celebration of Life Service for Brandyn will be on Monday, February 8, 2021 at 6:00pm in Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, IN 46514 with Rev. Dustin Wine of Crossroads Community Church officiating. A gathering with family and friends will be from 5:00pm to 6:00pm prior to the start of service.
Please note, Covid-19 precautions will be in place during the visitation and service. A maximum of 50 people will be allowed in the building at once and face masks will be required when entering the building. Thank you!
