Blake Richard Manley, 59, of Elkhart, passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at his home.

Born August 2, 1967, in Elkhart, Indiana, to the late Richard W. Manley (2026) and Karen L. (Kidder) Manley (2018). He graduated from Elkhart Memorial High School in 1985. Blake would then serve in the United States Navy as a Radioman from 1989 to 1994. During his time in service, he served on the USS Blue Ridge and USS Horne.

In addition to his parents, Blake was also preceded in death by sister Kathyrn “Kit” Manley (2022).

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Christina Manley; daughter, Kelsy (Kyle) Workman; daughter, Jaqueline “Jaki” (Drew) Winter; step-son Zakkary Pooler; sister Kristen (Tim) Farwig; and step-mom Laura (Richard) Manley. He is also survived by three grandchildren, three step-brothers, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will take place on Monday, September 28, 2026, 11 to noon at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St. in Elkhart. A service will follow at noon with Pastor Jeremy Sarber officiating with military honors rendered prior to the service. Memorial donations may be given to the family c/o Christina Manley to help alleviate funeral expenses.

On top of being a proud Navy veteran, Blake was also an avid golfer, enjoyed singing karaoke whenever he got the chance, and collected various firearms and related memorabilia. He also enjoyed spending time with his dogs, especially his Waldo.
