Billie J. Fultz, 60, of Elkhart, passed away at her home after a brief illness on Sunday, June 1, 2014 at 6:39 am.
She was born in South Bend on Aug. 25, 1953 to the late William and Harriet (Grimes) Kelly. She later married Larry E. Fultz on Oct. 27, 1973 in Osceola. He survives at home.
Also surviving is a daughter, Beth (Larry) Adcock of Goshen; sisters Anita (Don) Woolley and Judy Kelly, both of Mishawaka; and grandsons Dalton and Colton Adcock of Goshen. A sister, Sharon Reeder, precedes Billie in death.
A viewing will take place at Billings Funeral Home of Elkhart on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 beginning at 4:00 pm, followed by a funeral service there at 6:00 pm. In accordance with her wishes, Billie is to be cremated following her services.
She was a homemaker and caregiver. She also enjoyed reading and doing crafts. While Billie was not in the service, she served as a faithful military wife living in several states and foreign countries as her husband served in the Air Force, Navy and the Army.
Memorial donations may be given to the American Alzheimer's Association.
