OSCEOLA -- Beverly Sue Barnett, 45, of Osceola, passed away Sunday (July 4, 2010) at 4:33 p.m. at Elkhart General Hospital.

She was born Feb. 16, 1965, in Elkhart to Clement Jay and Doris Ann (Emerson) Sailor. On Nov. 30, 1985, she married Henry Lee Barnett in Elkhart. He survives.

She was a 1983 graduate of Penn High School. Beverly worked as a homemaker and a homeschool mom. She was a member of ABATE of Indiana, Christian Motorcyclist Association, Bikers at the Crossing, Mishawaka Relay for Life and God's Home Church in Elkhart. She was very giving person who often helped others. She enjoyed making homemade remembrance bears, gardening and spending time with her family and her three beloved dogs, Daisy, Rolo and Harley.

In addition to her husband, surviving are her daughter, Holly Marie Barnett; son Brandon Jay Barnett; mother Doris A. Sailor; brother Arthur G. Sailor; and sister Linda A. Sailor, all of Osceola.

The family will receive friends on Friday (July 9, 2010) from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, and one hour prior to the 11 a.m. funeral service on Saturday (July 10, 2010) also at Billings Funeral Home. Pastor Randy Webb will officiate. Burial will follow in Olive Cemetery, Elkhart.
