BRISTOL — Beryl E. Howell, 72, of Bristol, passed away at noon Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012, in his residence in Bristol.
Beryl was born on Feb. 10, 1940, in West Virginia to the late Claude and Ida Louise (Stanley) Howell.
Surviving are a brother, Gaylen (Della) Howell of Hopewell, Va.; a half sister, Ernestine Huff of Elkhart; brother-in-law Denvil Quinn of Elkhart; several nieces and nephews; and his ADEC family and friends in Bristol.
A sister, Della Quinn, preceded him in death.
Beryl lived for the past 14 years in an ADEC Group Home and prior to that lived with his family.
He formerly worked at ADEC Industries, doing woodworking and assembling parts.
Beryl enjoyed gardening and farming.
Friends may call for one hour prior to the 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, funeral service at Billings Funeral Home 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart. Pastor Gary Sheets will officiate.
Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola.
Memorials may be made to ADEC.
