Asa Carl Whisman, 62, of Granger and Cynthiana, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at 5:38 pm at the Granger home of his daughter Robin and Nick Allen. Arrangements are pending at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin Street, Elkhart.
