He was born Oct. 23, 1938, in Portland, Ore.

Mr. Millard is survived by his friends, nurses and nurse's aides at Elkhart Rehabilitation Center, where he had lived since 2003.

There will be no visitation or services. Burial will be in Little Pine Cemetery, Goshen. Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Millard worked in the RV industry for more than 27 years in the Elkhart area.
