Arnett L. Trotter, 70, of Elkhart, passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021, at his residence. Arnett converted to Christ at an early age at Beautiful Zion Missionary Baptist Church in West Memphis, AR under the leadership of S.L. Henry. He was born on September 10, 1951, to the late Leroy Trotter and Marie (McCoy) Trotter, who survives in West Memphis, AR.

He is also survived by his brothers, Keith and Jeffrey (Regina) Trotter; sisters, Gloria Dancler, Donna Walker, Audrey Trotter, Sylvia (George) Williams, and Karen Trotter; and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father and aunt Virgie Gamble.

Friends and family are called to gather on Friday, October 29, 2021, from noon to 2:00 p.m. at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St. in Elkhart. Cremation will take place immediately following the service.

Arnett worked in the manufacturing industry for several years and was formerly of West Memphis, AR. He was a sweet man with a quick-witted sense of humor. Arnett loved to laugh and joke with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him.
