Aricek Devon Mason II, 33, of Elkhart, passed away to be with the Lord on the morning of Friday, March 17, 2023, at home in Cincinnati, OH.

Aricek was born in Elkhart, IN on November 17, 1989, to Aricek Devon Mason I and Somalia Ulis-Williams.

Aricek is survived by his parents, Somalia Ulis-Williams (Frederick) and Aricek Mason I (Tiffany). His children, Aurora Tucker-Mason, Aricek Mason III and Aavion Mason; his children, Aurora Tucker-Mason, Aricek Mason III and Aa'vion Mason; sisters, Amelia Mason, Miata Neal (Carl), Dominque, Afonya and Kiyah Mason; his brothers, Jamarial Miller, Aftyn and Gemarious Mason; several nieces and nephews, and his life partner, Dajisha Hubbard.

Aricek was a jovial and charismatic man who was a lover of God, his children, his family and his friends. Aricek worked security for Proctor and Gamble where he resided and spent time with his family.

Aricek was a military brat that lived in many states throughout the years, acquiring many friends along the way. Whether it was by his infectious smile or uniting people with his laugh and incredible story telling abilities, Aricek brought joy into every room he entered.

Aricek was an avid music and food connoisseur and enjoyed pasttimes such as spending quality time with his 3 children, family, friends, and shared a special bond with his Nanny and PaPa. He also enjoyed drawing, playing basketball, freestyling, and cracking jokes on people. In other words, he REALLY liked to have a good time. Among all the things, Aricek enjoyed, keeping the peace and being at peace were ones that meant the most to him.

A Celebration of Aricek's Life Service will be at 12:00 noon, Saturday, March 25, 2023 at New Vision Life Church, 400 W. Mishawaka Rd., Elkhart, IN 46517 with Pastor Marvin Pace officiating.

A visitation for Aricek will be held 1 hour prior from 11:00am to 12:00pm at the church.

Burial and committal service will follow at Prairie Street Cemetery.
