Archie proudly served in the United States Marines as a Merchant Seaman beginning at the age of 15. He worked as a CNC operator in the Machinist Industry for Kaiser and Cadillac Controls while he lived in California before retiring at the age of 55. It was there in California where he met the love of his life, Betty, whom he later went on to marry in the 1970's. Archie was a highly intelligent, hardworking, self-taught, honest, and caring man you could ever meet. He would do anything to help anyone in need. Archie loved his family, especially spending time with his grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoyed going to local casinos and testing his luck on the slot machines, working in the yard, singing old Christmas Carol's during the holidays, and looking to the Lord when he read from his bible. Archie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by his loving family.
