He was born on Feb. 6, 1960, in New Orleans.

He is survived by his mother, Winnie L. (Frazier) Williams; one daughter, Tessa Frazier of Peoria, Ill.; three sons, Antonio Frazier of Peoria, Ill., and Anthony L. Frazier Jr. and Myron Frazier, both of California; one stepson, DeAndrea D. Shelton of Peoria, Ill.; four stepdaughters, Corine Lewis, Lois (Brent) Curry, Georgia Atkins and Maryola Mitchell, all of Elkhart; and one stepbrother, Moyese Williams of Elkhart.

He was preceded in death by his stepfather, the Rev. George M. Williams; and one stepbrother, Henry Williams.

Friends may call for one hour prior to noon funeral service Wednesday at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St. Mr. Frazier's mother, Pastor Winnie L. Williams of God's Holy Temple of All Nations will officiate and interment will be at Prairie Street Cemetery.

Mr. Frazier had been employed at various RV manufacturers and was a graduate of Memorial High School.
