Obituary
JONES, Mich. — Anna M. Wilson, 69, of Jones, passed away Sunday, April 19, in her residence.
She was born Aug. 7, 1945, in Cassopolis, to Geworn and Olive (Higley) Tharp.
On July 18, 1964, she married the late Kenneth W. Wilson. He preceded her in death May 14, 2009.
Survivors include one daughter, Kimberly (Rodolfo) Rodriguez of Jones; one son, Duane Wilson of Jones; three sisters, Dorothy (Phil) Waldo of Jones, Thelma (Ray) Yoder of LaGrange, Ind., and Betty (Phil) Miser of Dowagiac; one brother, Raymond (Ilga) Tharp of Vandalia; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Anna was employed at Elkhart (Ind.) Products Corp. for more than 29 years prior to her retirement.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 23, at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart. Cremation will follow at Altera Cremation Services.
