Obituary

Angelo I. Perez, 13, of Elkhart, passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 at Elkhart General Hospital. He was born in Elkhart on November 27, 2011, to Camille (Navarro) and Adrian Perez, who both survive him.

Angelo is also survived by his siblings, Lilianna Navarro, Niomi Alvarez, Carmelo Perez, and Adrian Perez III; maternal grandparents, Carlos (Sincerely) Navarro; paternal grandparents, Adrian (Rosa) Perez Sr.; and a host of close cousins and friends.

Angelo was a sweet and caring boy who always did his best to make anyone he met feel loved and included. He attended Goshen middle school and Northside middle school where he made many of his closest friends. Angelo was a talented musician who played the Trombone in band for two years and recently joined the school choir. Dancing, singing, drawing, and playing video games with his friends were some of his favorite past times. Angelo had a big heart and loved to have fun and bring joy to anyone he met.

Family and friends are called to gather for a visitation on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, from 5-7 p.m. at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St. in Elkhart. Services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. officiated by his grandfather Angelo Perez Sr. Following Angelo's services, cremation will take place. Memorial donations may be given to the Perez family c/o Carlos Navarro or to the National Adrenal Disease Foundation, P.O Box 95149, Newton, MA 02495 to help further Addison's Disease research.
