STURGIS, Mich. — Andrea Nicole Monroe, 37, of Sturgis, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, Jan. 15, after an extended illness at Three Rivers Area Hospital.
She was born Aug. 10, 1979, in Goshen, to Charles S. Monroe and Neraida Cochran.
Survivors include her mother, Neraida and step-father Terry Cochran of Elkhart; father Charles S. (Sherri) Monroe of Sturgis; stepfather, James E. (Carla) Roberts of Edwardsburg; two brothers, Aaron (Kristina) Roberts of Osceola, Ind. and Charles R. Monroe of Sturgis; one stepbrother, John R. Pappas of Portage; one nephew, Collin Roberts of Osceola; one niece, Chloe Roberts of Osceola; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the 1 p.m. celebration of life service Friday, Jan. 20 at Elkhart Church of God, 28082 C. R. 4, Elkhart.
Pastor Justin Moore will officiate.
Interment will follow in Little Pine Cemetery.
Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, is entrusted with arrangements.
