ELKHART — Mr. Allen K. Jackson, 47, of Elkhart, was found passed away in his home at 6:51 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 2.

He had been in ill health for some time.

He was born in Elkhart on June 20, 1966, to the late Helen (Smith) Jackson.

Surviving are his children, Allen K. Jackson Jr., Xavier Jackson, Antwon and Antonio Jackson, Leann Robertson, Ebony and Ivory House, Elisha and Essence Love and Sharmeka Glass.

Also left to cherish his memory are a host of brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as his former spouse, Paulette Jackson.

Allen had worked at Gunite Corporation of Elkhart as a production worker for several years.

A memorial service will be at St. James AME Church, 122 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, Elkhart, at noon Saturday, Feb. 8, with visitation beginning one hour prior. Pastor Jennifer Tinsley will officiate.

In accordance with the family's wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been placed under the care and direction of Billings Funeral Home, Elkhart.
