Alan F. Hawkins, age 71, peacefully fell asleep in death on Sunday, December 17, 2023. Alan was born on February 1, 1952 in Elkhart, Indiana to Woodrow and Leah Hawkins. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wonderful sister Marcia Irene Leal. On May 16, 1970 at the age of 18 he was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses.

On February 5, 1972 he married the love of his life, Cathy Ann Sadewasser. Alan and Cathy have 3 wonderful children: Heather (Johnny) Bayman, Michael (Anyely) Hawkins, and Amber (Gabriel) James. Cathy survives along with their 3 children and 4 grandchildren: Sean and Jocelyn Bayman and Noah and Sailor James.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 3:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (1921 Jeanwood Drive, Elkhart, IN).
