Im sure my late husband Mike Shapland worked with Shelby at Shrums Mobile Homes along with a guynamed Dillard. They all called him papa smurf he was a good man and worker. My deepest sympathy to the family, may Shelby rest in peace. Sylvia shapland

We are greatly saddened to hear of Shelby's passing. I know he will be missed by his family, but think how happy he is to be with Elizabeth once again.
