Michael L. Goble

ELKHART — Michael Lee Goble, 58, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday morning, March 6, 2018 at his residence. Mike was born in Elkhart on April 17, 1959 to the late Max L. and Ruth (Main) Goble. In addition to his parents, an infant sister Dianna Goble preceded him in death. He is survived by his son, Michael Goble; two grandchildren, Ryker and Rylan Goble; brother Gary Goble and a sister Sandy (Alan) Rheinheimer. Mike graduated from Elkhart Central High School with the class of 1977. He has worked for 24 years for Homan Lumber Company, and was the present assistant truss plant manager. Mike was a simple man, and led a simple life. He believed in hard work, enjoyed fishing, race cars, riding motorcycles and drinking beer with his buddies. Per the family’s request, cremation was chosen. Arrangements are under the care of Billings Funeral Home.
