Larry Dean Krzyzanowski
December 24th, 1955 – August 4th, 2019
Millersburg – Larry Dean Krzyzanowski: 63, died at 11:52pm on August 4, 2019, at Elkhart Hospice House and is now resting in the arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
He was born December 24, 1955 in South Bend, Indiana to Mary Louise (Kukla) Johnson and Zygmunt Vincent Krzyzanowski.
Along with his mother, surviving is his daughter Kara (Dave) Jacobs; two granddaughters: Olivia and Ella; four Siblings: Gail Krzyzanowski, Donna Kryzanowski, Mark Krzyzanowski, and Fay (Dane) Peterson; two nieces: Alexis Peterson and Zoie Peterson.
He was procced in death by his father.
He graduated from Elkhart Memorial High School in 1974. He then attended Davenport College in Grand Rapids, MI.
In the early 1980’s, Larry was diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa. This did not stop Larry from enjoying gardening, yard work, reading his bible, listening to every Cubs game, and most of all, helping others.
It was just over six years ago that he was diagnosed with stage four colorectal cancer that ultimately took his life, but not without a long and courageous battle.
Per Larry’s request, there will be no visitation. Cremation has been taken place under the care of Billings Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Elkhart.
